1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the 101ph22 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
101ph22 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. - You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under Philippine law.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To access the full features of the 101ph22 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 101ph22 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 101ph22 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your 101ph22 account.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify 101ph22 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification
101ph22 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using the 101ph22 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
- Attempting to defraud 101ph22 or other players through collusion, cheating, use of bots, automated software, or any other unfair means.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or using prohibited betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 101ph22 staff through any communication channel.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
101ph22 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these conduct rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
101ph22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 101ph22 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method but 101ph22 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on the 101ph22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
101ph22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

7. Games & Fair Play
All games available on the 101ph22 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel.
101ph22 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. All results are determined solely by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the player's account. 101ph22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 101ph22's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 101ph22.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

101ph22 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 101ph22, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 101ph22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 101ph22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12. Termination & Suspension
101ph22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
- Prolonged account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the termination. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 101ph22 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC obligations.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 101ph22 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the 101ph22 support team with a detailed description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the above process.
14. Amendments to These Terms
101ph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 101ph22 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
